These terms govern your use of enrollamerica.net and the callback, phone and text messaging services provided by Enroll America Inc, a licensed health insurance agency at 1755 The Exchange, Suite #108, Atlanta, GA 30339, (877) 479-6279. Enroll America is an independent agency and is not a government agency.
2. Our service
Licensed agents explain health coverage options (ACA / Marketplace, Medicare-related, dental & vision and group coverage) and help you enroll in plans you choose. There is no charge to speak with an agent; agents are compensated by insurance carriers. Plan availability, premiums and subsidies are determined by carriers and the official Marketplaces, not by Enroll America. Information on this website is general and does not replace the official plan documents.
3. SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name: Enroll America Inc customer care and enrollment updates. By opting in on our website form or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Enroll America Inc about your callback request, appointments, documents needed for your application and enrollment status.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. After you send STOP we will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To get help, reply HELP or call (877) 479-6279 or email info@enrollamerica.net.
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to opt in.
