Information we collect
When you call us, request a callback or fill out a form on this website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of coverage you are interested in, and any details you choose to share about your household or current coverage. If you complete an enrollment with our help, we collect the information required to submit the application through the official Marketplace. We also receive basic technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address) through our website hosting provider.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, explain your coverage options, help you compare and enroll in plans you select, provide ongoing service after enrollment, and comply with insurance licensing and record-keeping requirements. We may contact you by phone, email or, only if you separately opt in, by text message.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to deliver the service you requested: with the insurance carriers and official Marketplaces (HealthCare.gov, Georgia Access) for plans you choose to apply for, and with service providers that help us operate (for example, telephone, scheduling and website hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our form or by texting us first, Enroll America Inc may send you text messages about your callback request, appointment reminders, documents needed for your application and enrollment status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP or call (877) 479-6279 for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.
